OVERVIEW

Whether you are following the Freedom Trail or visiting one of the many historic sites of downtown Boston, you will find 75 State Street central to it all.  We are surrounded by downtown office buildings, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, the Downtown Crossing shopping district and the waterfront.  75 State Street is easily accessible to all major access roads.

The entrance to the garage is located at the corner of State Street and Broad Street and is easily identified by two brass signs that mark the entrance ramp to the facility.

Elevators are conveniently located at each parking level providing easy access to and from the ground floor lobby of 75 State Street. 

PARKING RATES & HOURS OF OPERATION

The Garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.  Each new day of business begins at 5:00 a.m.  We offer Daily, Evening and Weekend Parking Rates.

GARAGE CLEARANCE | HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

The garage has a clearance of 6’ 9”

Parking for oversized vehicles is located on the Service Level (SL) where the garage office and cashier booths are located. Please contact us for any additional information.

For the security and safety of all our customers we are unable to accommodate large passenger vans and motorcycles.

EXPRESS EXITS

For your convenience and ease of exit, the garage features two ExpressParc lanes designed to accept credit card payments and pre-paid chaser coupons. No need to wait in line for a cashier; just insert your ticket, insert your chaser coupon or credit card as payment and ExpressParc will do the rest.

Driver Assistance
A true time-saver and headache reliever! Our Staff is available throughout the day to assist you with battery jump starts, tire inflation, tire changes and car location.  Simply tell one of the attendants or call the Garage Office at 617-443-2817.

Umbrellas-to-Loan
Caught without an umbrella?  We’ve got you covered! On days of inclement weather, umbrellas can be loaned to patrons who may have forgotten theirs.

Books-to-Go ®
Monthly and Debit Card customers are invited to borrow books on tape or CDs. Choose from our library of fiction, non-fiction, business books and more to enjoy during your daily commute. Simply stop by the Garage Office when you arrive at or depart from the garage.

Films-to-Go ®
Videotapes and DVDs of many popular movie titles are stocked in the Garage Office and are made available free of charge to Monthly and Debit Card customers. The selection of movies changes every two months.

Auto Detailing
Visit our Care Care Center on Level 2B or call in advance to have your vehicle professionally cleaned. Tel 617-330-9735.

Standard Road Assist™
Parking customers experiencing vehicle problems beyond weak batteries and low tire pressure can call our toll-free number to receive, on a pay-per-use basis, a basic package of emergency services, including towing up to five miles, jump starting, flat tire changing, fuel delivery, extracting a vehicle from the side of the road and lock-out service. The emergency services can be provided at the parking facility or anywhere on the road. The Standard Road Assist™ program is an additional amenity providing enhanced in-facility services (e.g., lockout service) or out-of-facility roadside assistance (e.g., towing, fuel delivery).
